For a randomization request :
- Desired delivery method: via Internet and/or telephone, on iPad and/or iPhone,
- Type of randomization: open-label, single-blind, or double-blind,
- Need for study-product management,
- Expected duration of the randomization period,
- Number of patients to be enrolled.
For an e-CRF request :
- Type of study (if randomized, please also provide the information listed above),
- Approximate number of items in the paper CRF (± 50 items),
- Enrollment period,
- Follow-up duration,
- Expected number of patients,
- Number of investigational sites.
